The
only transformational event since the era of fresh air is that
corruption has been refreshed. Corruption has taken on a gigantic turn.
It has succeeded in becoming more powerful than the Nigerian state.
Corruption as nefariously smart as it is, has negatively plausibly
created two toothless, clueless and clawless attack hyenas and cheetahs;
